ClipSpark sells digital products only.

No physical products are shipped.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital files or download links.

Delivery may be provided through Shopify, email, or a digital download service connected to our store.

Most digital products are available immediately after payment confirmation.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you do not receive your download link or experience a problem accessing your files, please contact us and include your order number.

We will assist with:

• Missing download links
• Corrupted files
• Incorrect files
• Technical download problems

NO SHIPPING FEES

Because all products are digital, there are no physical shipping fees, shipping labels, delivery carriers, or physical delivery times.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address
• Checking product file formats before purchase
• Downloading and saving purchased files
• Ensuring their device or software supports the purchased file format
