ClipSpark Commercial License
This is the standard ClipSpark license unless an individual product page states different terms.
Allowed uses
- Personal projects.
- Finished physical products such as shirts, mugs, signs, cards, stickers, scrapbooks, wood crafts, packaging, and printed goods.
- Finished digital designs where the original ClipSpark files cannot be extracted, downloaded, or reused as standalone assets.
- Client work where the delivered result is a finished design rather than the original source clipart files.
Not allowed
- Reselling, sharing, gifting, sublicensing, or redistributing the original PNG, JPG, ZIP, PDF, or source files.
- Uploading original files to shared drives, stock libraries, marketplaces, print-on-demand asset libraries, or file-sharing services for others to access.
- Selling the artwork as standalone clipart, digital paper, graphics bundles, or any product that competes with the original digital download.
- Claiming the original ClipSpark artwork as your own or registering it, or a substantially unchanged version of it, as a trademark.
